SR-AHEC's values and respects an individual's right to keep certain personal information private. This Privacy Policy applies to activities of the Training Center and additionally to persons visiting TC websites, signing up for publications and mailings, or entering into transactions with the Training Center; and covers the collection, use, storage and disclosure of information and data, as described in this Privacy Policy. Linking Policy
Our security measures are designed to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of information under our control. We maintain established and reasonable procedures to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of your personal information.

Although we take every precaution to maintain the security of our website and servers, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Conflict of Interest Policy
The SR-AHEC Training Center, its affiliates, officers, employees, and members shall avoid any conflict between their respective personal, professional or business interests and the interests of the Training Center, in any and all actions taken by them on behalf of the Training Center in their respective capacities.

If any Training Center affiliate, officer, employee or member has any direct or indirect interest in, or relationship with, any individual or organization that proposes to enter into any transaction with the Training Center, including but not limited to transactions involving: the sale, purchase, lease or rental of any property or other asset; employment, or rendition of services, personal or otherwise; the award of any grant, contract, or subcontract; and the investment or deposit of any funds of the Training Center, such person shall give notice of such interest or relationship and shall thereafter refrain from discussing or voting on the particular transaction, in which he has an interest, or otherwise attempting to exert any influence on the Training Center, or its components to affect a decision to participate or not participate in such transaction.
